The closing of Non-technical skills training for healthcare personnel. I am proud to have lead this project together with my amazing team. Over 4000 health care personnel trained, nearly 5000 training sessions and over 1500 coaching hours delivered. Thank you to all contributers.

@dickvestdijk @soniamrequejo But I thought it reflects dystopia too- lack of face to face communication is eventually more rewarding

@BChanMed But plenty of other issues besides tech changes society - politics, economy, education to mention a few.

@ballet_princess I Agree. If we maintain this balance we do not fall into technological determinism and neither hail a an evangelistic view.
