Another gross oversight IMO is how Soldier Boy has NO reaction to the new Noir Black Noir and SB had so much bad blood that he RAN at the news of his return, causing Homelander to merk him. And I don’t think SB so much as glances in new Noir’s direction this season ://

his character was excellent as a cameo and a side character for one season but they’ve completely centered the final season of the boys around his spin-off and they’re even ruining his very character by retconning details about him just to justify stormfront being in the spin-off
