This is all true, but there is another connection, his sister played soccer at USF a couple years ago too.

His uncle @CoachDannyV is the USF defensive backs coach and played safety for the Bulls (2004-2008). His father @verpaelekevin was a safety for USF as well (both were also quarterbacks at Merritt Island HS). Kevin wore 17 at USF. So did Danny.
