When it comes to coaching, I want to share a few thoughts on what I believe makes a *good* coach and why you see so few of them. Below are 10 points I think are key and often missing in this region. I’ll break each one down in the thread. 1. Leading by example 2. Commanding respect, not demanding it 3. Knowing you’re not supposed to be friends with your players 4. Adapting leadership styles to each player 5. Not being afraid to say no 6. Being a true student of the game 7. Building a culture of high performance 8. Developing the human, not just the player 9. Developing through delegation 10. Owning your team’s results

Today was a good day :)

1st place today! The whole team played incredible , and I'm so proud of them. The game is easy when I'm not on 100 FPS with no audio 🤣😂.

Heading into pro league as the best team in scrims😄 . . . . . (tbf we'd be on 45.5 but I removed the block where koy played on 300 ping cos it pissed me off)

Going into finals weekend and the LTA playoffs there’s a couple people I need to shout out for making our run with @SRLOL possible @sOAZ and @selfiekori for being amazing positional coaches (massive help) @FLAnalista for being my partner in crime And in general all of @ShopifyRebels staff as I had no clue what to expect as I joined; but we are doing something great here.
