Some minor tweaks, handling it on the client, and I've gone for a simpler entity model.

@GoatSirus It all started from the "AI Systems of L4D - Mike Booth", a short overview of how L4D do their Zombies. (It's an interesting short read, highly recommend)
Then from there trial and error for creating the NavMesh and fine tuning the runtime.
