This.. might confirm 'Blackout' event is lights-out LABs event. (image 1 from nikita tweet + roadmap) Some comparison ss from in game NVG & T-7 as of now (image 2) Personally, lights-out LABs prediction dates back from 2014 zombie event with NVG PMCs in LABs (image 3 & vid)

The stash expansion limit increase is with expansion hub anyways, so no need for fix ig

You can gift additional stash lines to already stash line maxed out account. Seems to be from Expansion hub delay which was supposed to extend limit of purchase (image 1) Was doing some giveaway and gift receiver has total of 142 (72 from unheard, 56 from stash extension, 14 additional from my gift) (video 1 & image 2) Tested again to another, and now that person has 152 stash lines total. @bstategames needs to check it, don't recommend you guys to gift just in case, especially they might do sales when expansion hub drops.
