EXECUTIVE CAREER OPPORTUNITY Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director A reputable and fast-growing company in Lagos is currently seeking a highly competent, discreet, and well-organized Personal Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director (MD). This role requires a professional individual capable of providing high-level administrative and executive support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential assignments on behalf of the MD. The successful candidate will also accompany the Managing Director on official trips, meetings, and business engagements when required. Location: Lagos, Nigeria Salary: ₦250,000+ Monthly (depending on experience and competence) Working Schedule: Monday – Saturday Key Responsibilities: • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and official correspondence • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive engagements • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion • Provide administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations • Represent the MD professionally when necessary Requirements: • Minimum qualification of HND or BSc from a recognized institution • Must be 36 years of age or above • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Must be professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities • Must be willing to travel with the Managing Director when required Application: Qualified and interested candidates should send a message to receive further details on the application process.
