It has come to my attention that the Democratic 2023 Budget that recently passed committee does not currently meet the standards for reconciliation according to the Parliamentarian. I would hope Dems know it therefore may not be brought to the senate floor without prior amending.

Amy core of engineers, and small business administration portions of the budget were not property channeled through committee, and without such steps NO RECONCILIATION bill can be considered. Dems are welcome to introduce s. 208 under regular rule

It is made perfectly clear to senate leadership by the parliamentarian that this budget in its current state DOES NOT MEET RECONCILIATION STANDARDS. Any amendments made through improper pathways constitutes noncompliance with the process. 1/2
