#Epeeps 50ms precocity in septal collateral in idiopathic? VT/PVC. Rf ineffective, however VT terminated 10 seconds after ethanol inf w double baloon technique. Occasional PVC single completely dissappeared within 10min. @MiguelVldrbno @timucin_alt @akyurek_omer @ACH_epteam

@jeffrey_vinocur @ASaguner @EJSMD Typical flutter based on axis of flutter waves but i had cases like this that proved to be perimitral flutter and very possible esp if previous AF ablation hx, also the saw tooth pattern of cti flutter is missing. Let us know after eps
