@ViCustomerCare Today at 10 am, I was speaking to Vi customer care & got connected to Supervisor NIKHIL SHUKLA I asked him to mention me my postpaid monthly plan rent which I converted to prepaid 2 months back. He said-Can't share this info. What a joke..Very bad experience

@ViCustomerCare I've been trying to port my VI number from postpaid to prepaid and have visited your Rohini Mini Store 2-3 times in the last 2 months.Every time I go,either the staff isn't there, there's a network issue,or it's already 5 PM and closing time. Same thing happened today.

It's now an annual tradition to criticize the deplorable services @vodafoneIN_Fdtn. I come to India once a year and whenever I travel within India during the last leg of my travel, #vodafone shows its true colours and it's too late for me to switch! Just pathetic!
