@VIA_Rail How is it that in the year of our Lord 2026 you do not have a no scent policy for your staff? The smell of white musk (The Body Shop perfume?) coming from the older woman providing service on Train 59 Car 2 business class is excessive and is giving me a migraine.

@leesutton Hi Lee, as a general rule, if you qualify for a late train credit, an email is sent to you so that the credit can be redeemed on line and there is no need to call us. There are very few exceptions to this rule. ^NLG

@VIA_Rail when you’re late and offer discounts for future travel, instead of adding the discounts in points or to our accounts, do you force us to call in for bookings knowing that people don’t have time to do that and those “discounts” will just never be used?

@VIA_Rail I am trying to change the email on my account but cannot get any help anywhere. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to speak to an agent yesterday ... no luck! On the phone again at 8am this morning ... 20 mins and no answer. What is going on?

Hiya @VIA_Rail will there be reimbursement for passengers travelling from Montreal to Toronto who didn’t get a cancellation email? Arriving to the train station this morning to find out my train was cancelled last night was less than pleasant
