I've built an alarm system so when a door or window is opened after the alarm is set, it will make all smart speakers full volume, play a loud alarm sound, send a notification to my phone to which door or window is opened and make all the lights in the house flash🚨

After buying a house I knew I needed an alarm system but pre-built ones are all so expensive. So I built my own using Home Assistant. Once I went down the rabbit hole there was no going back. All windows and doors in the home have sensors on and all lights are smart bulbs👀
