@VodafoneUK I have spend so many hours on the phone to Vodafone customer care team, emailed and even been into the shop for 3 hours. Every time I have to start from scratch explaining the situation. For a communications company you are not very good at communicating. 😕🙁☹️😣😖

@VodafoneUK another ridiculous awful poor phone call still not resolved my issue. Nobody should ever use Vodafone again.

@VodafoneUK I couldn't receive calls from my doctor, dentist, midwife, health visitor, friends and family. Not being able to receive calls from non Vodafone numbers. I shouldn't have to pay for half a service. What's the point of a mobile if you can't receive calls?

@VodafoneUK That's simply not true is it? 😒 I've been trying to get this resolved since January. The specialist customer care team couldn't fix it, then wanted me to pay to get out of my contract. Why should I pay when you can't deliver my service? I expect to be refunded my monthly charges

@VodafoneUK so despite not receiving the service that I've been paying for from you for months, you finally agree that I can leave without paying a termination fee, you then insult me by offering £40 of Vodafone credit - which I can't use because you can't provide me a service!

@VodafoneUK I cannot accept calls from non Vodafone numbers. I've tried Vodafone technical support and they can't seam to fix it. I've missed important calls from my work, family and Doctors now.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed that I can't receive calls on my phone and you can't fix it. I keep phoning and being told it is being dealt with, but it isn't. Shouldn't I be getting a refund as I can only use half the service?
