@Mostlykohli Ball touched the ground before Starc was in full control. For Holder the catch was already clean. He didn't use the ground to control the ball, he only used it for support to get back on his feet.

So this Starc's catch is not out and the Jason Holder catch is out. Stupid decision. In terms of decision making, this IPL has been the worst by umpires.
