Finishing up, about to do my cardio.
For those who don’t know, I’m in week two of adding cardio, keeping my heart rate around 115 for 40 minutes at a 5% incline. I was told this is how you burn fat while holding on to muscle. So far, I’m pretty impressed with my results in such a short period. I’m doing this 6 days a week.
