I am in the private sector. I can feel the layoff pain as I get laid off once in my 15 years of corporate work. I didn't run behind money . I look for stability. I needed some peace of mind . Yes earlier corporate jobs used to be very stable. Many people switched from govt to private. Now with that technology upgrade specially AI GenAI Agentic AI are not actually job creators...they are agents of job disruptors. We are navigating through some extremely tech turbulence. Jobs are insecure. Companies are dominating. Employees are at the receiving end . We need to find the best before the worst hits you . That's the reality.

If your thoughts are always spiraling, it means that your mind won't let you stay where you are. You keep on shuffling your conversation, communication, people and process of understanding. You need to understand your situation. A lot of us spend time stuck between what is happening and what is running through our heads about what is happening. We replay moments. We overanalyze tone. We revisit decisions. We imagine outcomes. We try to think our way into certainty, peace, control, or closure, and sometimes we end up further away from all four. We need serious self reflection & introspection!" Don't have to live life into fragments. Don't split attention . Win your internal distractions.

Jensen Huang just called out every CEO who’s been firing people “because of AI.” Jim Cramer asked him why companies are laying people off if AI is supposed to make everyone MORE productive. Jensen's answer: "For companies with imagination, you will do more with more. For companies where the leadership is just out of ideas, they have nothing else to do. They have no reason to imagine greater than they are. When they have more capability, they don't do more." Read that again. The man who built the most important tech company on Earth just told you that if your CEO is using AI to cut headcount, it means one thing: They have no imagination. They have no vision for what comes next. They got handed the most powerful tool in human history and their FIRST instinct was to fire people. This is the CEO of NVIDIA. The company whose chips power every AI system on the planet. If anyone on Earth has the right to say "AI replaces workers," it's Jensen Huang. And he said the OPPOSITE. He said every carpenter could become an architect. Every plumber could become an architect. AI elevates capability. It doesn't eliminate it. But here's where it gets really interesting... During the same interview, Jensen revealed something nobody's talking about: He said AI startups like OpenAI and Anthropic are seeing their revenues increase by one to two billion dollars a WEEK. And he wishes these companies were public so the world could see what he sees. One to two billion per week. That's a $50 to $100 BILLION annualized run rate. For companies that most people think are burning cash and making nothing. The entire Wall Street narrative that "AI companies aren't profitable" might be completely wrong. Jensen sees their numbers. He sees their compute orders. He sees their growth. And he's saying the revenue is real. So if the money IS real, why are other companies firing people? Because they're not building AI products. They're not creating new revenue streams. They're not using AI to expand into new markets. They're using AI as an EXCUSE to cut costs because they ran out of ideas 3 years ago and need something to tell the board. Jensen's company added $500 billion in new orders in 5 months. He expects $1 trillion in cumulative revenue through 2027 from just two product lines. That number doesn't include the new chips, systems, or partnerships announced this week. And he's not cutting people. He's hiring. Because when you have imagination, more capability means MORE opportunity. Not less headcount. Meanwhile Salesforce cut thousands. Meta cut thousands. Amazon cut thousands. All blaming "AI efficiency." Jensen's response: You're out of imagination. He also said something that stuck with me. Cramer asked if he ever thought he'd build a $10 to $20 trillion company while waiting tables at Denny's. His answer: "I was just trying to make it through the shift." Biggest tip he ever got? Two, three dollars. Now he's building tech that increased computing demand by one million times in two years. He announced OpenClaw, which he says is as big as ChatGPT. And he's got 21 months of new business that isn't even counted in the trillion dollar figure yet. When asked how long he plans to keep working? "I'm hoping to die on the job. And I'm not hoping to die anytime soon." This is a man who believes every single thing he's building. And his message to every CEO using AI to justify layoffs is simple... You're not innovating. You're surrendering. The technology wasn't built to shrink companies. It was built to make them limitless. If your leadership can't see that, the problem isn't AI. It's THEM.

Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada spoke about the contradictions of human nature: “Some people dream of having a swimming pool at home, while those who have one hardly ever use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a profound sense of loss, while others often complain about their living relatives. Those without a partner long for one, while those who have one often don't appreciate it. The hungry would give anything for a meal, while the satiated complain about the taste of their food. Those without a car dream of owning one, while those who have a car are always looking for a better one.” The key to happiness is gratitude: truly seeing and appreciating what we already have, and understanding that somewhere, someone would give anything for what we take for granted.

This is the residence of the Goa Governor. - ₹3.5 lakh salary per month - Live in a prime sea-facing property - No rent, no maintenance cost - Z+ or high-level security - Free air travel anywhere in India for official work - Full fuel and maintenance covered All this for a mostly ceremonial post. Meanwhile, common citizens struggle for jobs, healthcare, and basic dignity. This is not governance, this is VIP culture funded by your taxes.

It is so devastating. Every apartment, society must have exit ladders to be built outside the balcony during fire emergency evacuation. Safety must be prioritised. High rise buildings don't have protection at all from fire accidents. There should be metal ladders to plan evacuation . As there is time for fire extinguisher vehicles to come . A few minutes or seconds are very crucial. The government must prioritise safety & security. The government should mandate all builders & authority to ensure building an emergency exit from outside .

@iNikhilsaini This is outrageous. Devotees must be respected. They must be treated with dignity. How can police wala push the people like cattle? This is shameful. We need empathy, sensitivity & kindness to prevail in the administration. These unfair practices must be stopped.

Every devotee deserves a proper and dignified darshan. How can some be treated as VIPs in God’s temple while the rest struggle like this. Many temples in India have well managed systems for smooth darshan. Such systems should be implemented across the country. Most importantly, VIP darshan culture needs to be ended immediately. Faith must be equal for all.

I disagree with some points. Without AI as well, ideas used to be in abundance. We couldn't have a proper system & tools to convert those ideas into execution. Yes, the future is scaling, but for those who are navigating through complex hustling & bustling & setting new benchmarks for success.

The most important skill for creativity is no longer original thinking. It’s taste and tenacity. In the age of AI, ideas are abundant. Good judgment and execution are scarce. The future belongs to those who excel at finding and amplifying the signal in the noise.

It can only happen in india when 10th pass can become CM , DCM, education minister. A good teacher with high qualifications gets a teaching job to improve the education & knowledge among the kids & students. But can an education minister with a 10th pass degree justify deliver the good education system? Leadership leads by example. But if leadership isn't capable, how can the system be educated & responsible ?

I am surprised to see our heavy dependency on energy imports . We haven't all become self-reliant. The best time is now to preserve energy security. Our entire supply, business & economy life chain is totally dependent on energy. We must realise that Energy is our gold & energy , we need to secure it for our people.

India got lucky for too long For years, India managed because global trade routes stayed open and imports kept coming - that era is over. The world is now entering a more dangerous phase - war risk, chokepoint risk, sanctions, shipping disruption, price spikes, resource nationalism So, Now India cannot behave like a country living in peaceful globalization anymore.

'TERRIFYING': Dashcam video shows the moment a Tesla Cybertruck, allegedly operating in self-driving mode, nearly sent a Houston mom and her infant off a bridge before violently crashing into an overpass barrier. The woman claims she suffered multiple injuries from the incident and is now suing the automaker for $1 million.

@AdamMGrant There is no scarcity of ideas and information. What we need is perfect execution and finding correct judgement. The most important is to analyse the execution and correct the workflows. We need to have cognitive, creative & judgemental thinking.

Indian school education needs a curriculum upgrade to Robotics, AI, Innovation, Drone Education, Blockchain. These innovations are must & should be executed & immersed into kid's minds with immediate effect. We are already late . Make Education legally compulsory for everyone. All students enrolled in government school must be legally bound to attend school classes everyday. If they skip classes , parents should be legally bound to face trials for not sending kids to school. Investing in discipline & knowledge must be prioritised. Teachers must spread awareness of education. They should meet parents regularly to create knowledge & wisdom. We need accountability at every step. Let's be vibrant & have transformational Mindsets.

India has the worst Education Minister right now. 🇨🇳 China → Education is compulsory & future-oriented 🇦🇪 Dubai → Blockchain added to curriculum 🇯🇵 Japan → 10th-grade students must learn blockchain 🌍 World → AI, coding, innovation everywhere Meanwhile in India → • Education minister busy in PR • Birthday wishes tweets • Zero vision for future skills Education ministry isn’t a PR department. It’s the foundation of a nation’s future. We’re losing a generation while the world is upgrading. And nobody wants to talk about it. 🚨 #FutureOfIndia #AI #Blockchain

When it comes to critical thinking, there is no substitute for reading. Books have more significance than podcasts, webinars.Reading explodes wisdom. Sometimes we get awe-struck at the grandeur of someone's wisdom, exquisitevly blended with an innate humility. It's actually divine realisation.
