I used to love my boxing if you have watched #whenthewordsawaywent u would of seen my pre stroke boxing. I was buzzing after this yesterday on my upper limb rehabilitation programme 💪🏻🥊 life’s been fantastic since the documentary my confidence has grown thank you @TheStrokeAssoc

We got our expenses back from the premiere of #whenthewordsawaywent from @TheStrokeAssoc this morning and I’ve donated them back to the charity. The stroke association relies on peoples donations to carry on the work they do so please if you can donate on stroke.org.uk
