@virginmedia I was contacted by sales team to upgrade package, as contract is coming to an end! It included an o2 sim which I said I didn’t need/want,but they said it was part of the deal, can I cancel this sim contract or will it effect the price of the new deal on broadband

@nxwestmidlands Hi I'm having trouble getting the app to work for the mtickets, worked fine yesterday, but now won't open on my phone, all the other apps on my phone work, bar this one! Purchased a 4 week ticket yesterday but had to pay on the bus today as the app not working.
