Actualización del caso de Fiverr, Admitieron que el producto fue entregado al 100% y que el cliente está lo lo usó, gracias a alguna evidencia encontrada en Twitch, y la respuesta de atención al cliente fue compensación del 20% y cerrar el caso ya que no podían hacer nada más .-.

My ticket was closed after it was acknowledged that the client received and is using 100% of the delivered product, however, I only received a "compensation" of 20%
I’m requesting an Email of someone at Fiverr with the faculty to review and reconsider this decision

Es impresionante que permitas como empresa mediadora aun con pruebas que el cliente no pague nada asi este usando el servicio que se le dio al 100% como lo requirio y en el triste intento de no aceptar que fue tu error quieras corregirlo con el 20% de la compensacion total

Una prueba más de que no se protegen a los artistas. A pesar de tener un contrato legal y condiciones de uso, habrá gente que quiera aprovecharse sí o sí.
Lo que no es posible, es que ni las propias plataformas defiendan al creador. Se burlan del tipo y trabajo de uno.

@lorebeet @FiverrSupport @fiverr Justo ayer que compre una mini por fiver le mencionaba al chico que tuviera cuidado, que no me mandara nada sin marca de agua, por darme un adelanto me mando una imagen al 90% que fácilmente se podía usar, en este caso es triste que existan personas como el streamer ese

@VicoMico_ @fiverr @fiverr you guys are really unfair with your policies that doesn’t give any right to sellers. I used my hard earn resources to work for a client. The client reviewed my work and approved it and even rated my work but to later reach out to you guys to cancel. This is unfair

Esto parece un chiste para @FiverrSupport
Los “buenos deseos” y el “reconocimiento al buen trabajo” no quita el tiempo perdido y sus soluciones nulas.
Vico merece que su caso sea tomado en serio y se le retribuya lo justo por su trabajo.

EN: Support just sent insulting replies like: “Don’t let a cancellation discourage you The right clients will find you” That doesn't solve it.

Compartan, gente. Este tipo de casos son a los que les tengo más miedo que me pasen a mi, cuando quiero hacer un negocio por mi cuenta con mi esfuerzo y tiempo, incluso recuerdo haber considerado usar esta página para hacerlo, pero ahora no creo tomarla en cuenta jamás, cuidado.
