Good morning from The Hague! 🇳🇱 Hey fellas, a lot is happening in the world, but don’t let that distract you too much from the war in Ukraine. We still have work to do, and we won’t be finished until the last orc is gone from Ukrainian soil.✊🏼 Let me share some inspiration. 🇺🇦 Yesterday morning, before heading to work, I stopped by to visit the volunteers who guard the huge Ukrainian flag opposite the russian Embassy in The Hague. I brought them fresh croissants and had a nice chat. There are now around 170 volunteers involved in the flag watch, and soon there will be 171 🥰 In the beginning, the russian Embassy complained to the municipality, but since there are always volunteers present with the flag, the city has allowed it to continue. One volunteer proudly showed me his t-shirt, which had clearly been through many, many washes 😊 We also talked about the four barrel organs on 24 February 2026, marking four years since the full-scale invasion. A female volunteer who came to relieve the previous shift told me that Teun, the organizer of the barrel organs, eventually had to sit further away in the afternoon because he couldn’t stand the noise himself anymore 😂 There are countless ways to support 🇺🇦, with or without money. Every bit of support adds up. That’s the power of the masses. Keep supporting Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine! Have a great day, everyone!🌷🌻
