We need to change the rules for set pieces. The way Arsenal scored most of their goals from set pieces this year should not be allowed. I grew up with Chelsea scoring a lot from corners without blocking the goalkeeper from reaching the ball. However, not a single Arsenal goal comes close to this foul on the goalkeeper. One player had his hand over the goalkeeper’s hand so he couldn’t catch the ball, and another player pulled him from behind. It’s not the same as any Arsenal goal, and I’ve seen them all. They are all bad, but they’re not even half of what happened today.
