I’ve decided not to take this trade due to tokenomics and other fundamental concerns:
Key Points
1. Backed by @SuiFoundation - strong association, but not enough to offset risks.
2. Fundraising vs. Valuation - raised $27M, but current FDV is around $46M.
3. Token Supply - only 13% circulating; majority locked/vested, which poses sell-pressure risk later.
4. Historical Patterns - previous Sui ecosystem projects ( $WAL, $IKA) showed pump-and-dump behavior.
5. Exchange Issues - MEXC fair price glitch raises further red flags.
Conclusion
This setup looks very fishy.
For me, following instinct and securing capital is more important than chasing unrealized PnL.
