These scenes from yesterday in London make me feel deeply ashamed. Nationalism is a scourge on society, a plague which was unleashed by Brexit. Nationalism is based on myths/lies and fantasy and it threatens democracy and spreads hate.

Identity cards are compulsory in 15 EEA/EFTA countries, voluntary in 11 countries & in 5 countries they are semi-compulsory since some form of identification is required. How would you feel about having to possess or carry an Identity Card?
