3️⃣ Part 3 of our technical work with @VictoriaMcCab11 🔝 Continuing our theme of carry shape we look at using a good shape in tight situations to eliminate & right hand side body shape. 👌🏻 Staying in a shape where Vicky can pass or eliminate is the underpinning goal. #1-2-1

2️⃣ Technical development part 2 with @VictoriaMcCab11 🟥 Aim - to square up the defender with a loaded carry shape, ready to pass and then aggressively eliminate. ➕ We added a half turn receive, a great way to go forwards when marked. 🔥 Vicky has a superb work ethic.
