Enough is Enough! Everybody has rights to clean and safe drinking water. NO MORE lead pipes. NO MORE poverty. #America needs to step up and stand for equality NOW. #uonteach #Educ4750 #sdg6

@MissMillan01 I believe so, which in hindsight is great for most however, those living in third world countries are struggling now more than ever and it’s our responsibility to help them!

@VictoriaWicks6 That is a crazy increase! Do you think it is because people are trying to be more hygienic to avoid the spread of COVID-19?

In most countries, water usage has increased by 10%+ since the #Globalpandemic! Its our job now to #support children like Angela and her community so they took can have access to safe clean water for drinking and hygiene purposes! What can you do to help? #Educ4750 #uonteach
Foundation for Women's Rights_台灣婦權基金會@WomensRightsTW

Angela can’t go to school #Pandemic forces ppl to use more water for cleaning, but in Angela’s community, it takes so much time to get clean water. Lack of clean water robs her health and education. What can she do? #beyondthepandemic #WorldWaterDay #sdg6 beyondthepandemic.tgew.org

@BrookeGlendenn2 Yes it most definitely can! Catching water from our plants is a great way of reusing water! However, Greywater should NOT be used to water any edible produce!

@VictoriaWicks6 I had no idea about the benefits of Grey water! Can it be used in garden beds to save used water?

#Bloomstaxonomy is fantastic for students to recall and apply their knowledge through their learning! I too will be implementing this strategy with my students in the classroom!

#blooms #taxonomy is a cognitive learning theory developed to be applied to student's learning. It's made up of 6 components, each which are vital for the learning of students. The ideas from this theory will be implemented into my unit of work. #UoNTeach #Educ4750

The road towards our 2030 #globalwater goal ➡️ Without water, our ecosystem will DECLINE. Without water, our food supply will WEAKEN. Without water, our animals will DIE. It’s our turn to make a difference. Take a stand in your school and make a water efficient plan TODAY! 💧

Water plays a defining role in #foodsystems—from ecosystems & infrastructure that provide & store...to irrigation, water for fish & livestock...to meal preparation. Read this op-ed by @IWMI_'s @DMSmifffy 👉on.cgiar.org/2NGCtqG #OneCGIAR #IWD2021 @UN_Water via @euronews

@VictoriaWicks6 Hi! They loved it 💕 And the best thing was that they asked me if they could take the brochures home to share the tips with their families!

Looking at the specific target goals for #SDG6, what are the specific targets in your lessons? What features of these targets will be used to plan your lesson? #uonteach #Educ4750

@BrookeGlendenn2 I am currently working on a unit plan surrounding SDG6 and I would love to show students the extreme labour third world countries go through EVERY DAY when accessing clean water!

@Jessica98647822 @Jessica98647822 do you have any ideas on how to promote healthier eating! I remember my school had a vege garden and it was a great source of fresh food for the school community!

This statistic is very concerning. It is important to encourage children to eat healthy and promote #GoodHealth in learning #SDG3 #UoNTeach #educ4750
UN Food Systems Coordination Hub@FoodSystems

Only 10% of children eat recommended amounts of veggies. 🥕🥦 Encouraging #FoodSystems to support nutrition is key to achieving #SDG3, #GoodHealth. @PHAnews plays a role in promoting good health, even for the littlest eaters. 👶 📽️: bit.ly/3qjy5eG
