Surrey has already said that there is no school capacity for more children in Years 9-11 in the whole county. There may be flexibility nationwide, but finding local places for all independently educated children will be hard.

@David_warren198 @AvaSantina There won't be bigger class sizes. They add bulge classes instead to stop classes being overfull. Capacity just isn't an issue. State schools add bulge classes all the time as the birth rates rise and fall every few years.
