I don’t think the FM26 tactical system is anywhere near as good as FM24. When announced and released the in possession and out of possession feature sounded great, but I don’t think it’s delivered at all. Combined with many roles not working as described or intended, players getting stuck in between the transition between IP and OOP, team instructions and player instructions not being replicated on the pitch. All this has made it hard if not impossible to do tactical posts as it’s broken. Yes there is “winning systems” but recreations just aren’t working. That is before even starting on a UI that is not intuitive or viable for good content creation around tactics.
