We’ve added a few more perks to the Booster Pack:
1) Viewers can now speed up their stamping streak with Bits. The default Bits price is the same as the Special Attacks cost.
2) Fixed an issue that allowed viewers to stamp even when you were not streaming through Mobile/Panel setups.

The "streamer has to be live" requirement has been there from the beginning, that is how it was supposed to work. Previously, there was a bug, so doing the stamping while the streamer was offline was a form of "bug abuse". Twitch extensions are meant to function when the streamer is actually streaming. For example, Overlay and Component do not even show the extension when the streamer is offline, while Panel and Mobile do. So allowing the stamping to work while the streamer is offline, but only for certain setups, did not feel right. We have fixed that now.

@ViewerAttack @ViewerAttack can y'all solve this please? I could always redeem my free pack whenever I wasn't live, so could my viewers. And nowadays I clearly have to have open my OBS and so the overlay. This is like, since the last week... It's annoying, I can't just keep open my OBS 24/7!
