#DEEDEV's edge is not over BHEL and Thermax in HRSG capability — it is orthogonal to them. It wins business that BHEL and Thermax don't compete for, and it wins it because global HRSG OEMs (GE Vernova being the obvious suspect for that $40M LOI given the US headquarters description) need a fabrication sub-supplier who can do P91 at scale without becoming a competitor on the final unit sale. DEE Dev's strategic position is as the precision manufacturing back-end for the global HRSG OEM supply chain — a role that is structurally protected precisely because it doesn't threaten its customers.
#DEEDEV is common supplier to all BHEL, Thermax and GE Vernova (suspect). It cooperates not compete.

no one stands in HRSG market other than Thermax and BHEL. if people think #DeeDev has more ability. HRSG is very simple technology and gas turbine complete cycles combines with HRSG. HRSG generate VHP or HP steam which can be converted into energy again.
