Need to keep trying to play football here. Big pitch, nice surface. Long balls won't work. Shows the value of having centre backs who are good on the ball when they can start building attacks. The midfield (especially Gotts) trying to get things ticking. #DRFC

@RedMoshMan_RTID @oxensportsuk Oxen's kit lack class and feel quite cheap to me. The green one is a rare good design and they didn't even design it!

@RedMoshMan_RTID @oxensportsuk Yeah agreed it needs a few enhancements. But the general design is good. Both our away an third look tacky IMO, would be nice to have a classier design.

@VikingWay__ @oxensportsuk I think they need to put a little more effort into the main part of the shirt to make it less bog standard personally. Otherwise I wouldn't be against the idea.

@Keepitonthedeck Sean O'Driscoll implemented this culture at Doncaster. Players would be encouraged to challenge management on formation/tactical changes during games if they felt it necessary. We won the JPT Trophy, promotion to the Championship, and stayed there for 4 seasons under SO'D.

Yes West Ham are still in the bottom three, and yes they absolutely could still go down. But Nuno Espírito Santo deserves some credit. Nuno Espírito Santo went into that environment five months ago and immediately told his players to be open, not afraid to add their input. He did not go in demanding or with a drill sergeant approach. Instead he created an environment that felt like a team between staff and players. Five months on you can actually see what he was trying to achieve in the spirit and unity that side is showing. Even the principles seen in his first session, where he asked for positive forward thinking actions, you can see clear evidence of it in West Ham’s games in how quickly they transition into attack. Burnley away especially was a masterclass in transitioning with forward thinking mindset. If West Ham stay up, Nuno Espírito Santo will have done an incredible job with a group that looked a sure thing to go down when he walked into it. The value of having players onside is invaluable!!

By no means a bad performance. Matty Pearson with our best chance after a worldie cross from Senior. Fell to the wrong man. Lee is a bright spark but the midfield is struggling. Not sure I've ever seen Owen Bailey so anonymous. Need more there. Luton there for the taking. #DRFC

So frustrating not to win that one, Luton were pretty poor and there for the taking. Rovers created more than enough to win comfortably but have to be better in front of goal. Hanlan deserved MOTM.👏 #DRFC

@markkisby Quite a substantial involvement though! Winning the pen for the 1st goal at Burton was down to him. Winning the pen for the goal v Huddersfield was down to him. The goal on Saturday was a worldie no one else in in our squad could score. He has match-winning quality.

@VikingWay__ Unfortunately that was also his only real involvement in the game yesterday, following zero effect in previous 3 or 4 games?

@SPW_1206 Need a bit more dynamism in a back 3 IMO which Bailey and Senior would provide. Bryne, McGrath and Pearson are all very similar players.

@VikingWay__ I thought Pearson got turned a few times yesterday in the 2nd half but we conceded 2 set plays so not as much be classed as a problem yesterday through open play. Our biggest issue is that we don’t have a striker that looks dangerous l, I would starts Haks up there vs Luton.

Thought we played relatively well yesterday in the first half especially. Just really really poor defending set pieces. We're lacking quality in the centre of defence which has been the main problem all season. If we play a back 3, would prefer Bailey - Byrne - Senior. #DRFC

@markkisby Have to remember he hasn't started a match in his actual position. Was great on his debut and did a good job up front in the other games to say it's not his position. It was a tough game to effect yesterday. I'd like to see him behind Frankie.

@VikingWay__ No offence to Elliot Lee, but we have bought a dud! He is either still injured or unable to recover from his last injury - he is immobile, can't sprint and is a passenger atm! He offers absolutely nothing to our very mediocre team! #DRFC

Rovers grew into that but felt a bit disjointed at times. Cardiff not particularly had to work hard for their lead and look shaky at the back. Think we’d benefit from having Elliot Lee’s quality on the pitch. #DRFC
