@VodafoneUK what is going on with the appalling so called superfast fibre broadband in L25 liverpool area? Been running at 5mb/s for 4months #inadequete #letme leaveforfree

@itvMLshow @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK broadband has been horrific for past 4 months, very unstable & only 5mb/s speeds, x5 calls to customer services unable to resolve it. Now asking for £85 to leave contract early

@Villagephysios That isn't possible and I'm afraid with walk up fares and open tickets we can never guarantee how many people will board each service therefore without reservations, we can't guarantee seats. ^PA

@VirginTrains Reserving was unavailable on outbound journey. Surely you need to put on more carriages? There are people stood and sat on floor everywhere.
