@VinFastIN @VinFastofficial This is in regards to recent purchase of Vinfast vf7, at Hyderabad, Telangana, the vehicle delivered to us was manufacture defect, citing which we faced the unusual breakdown of vehicle on road multiple times and the failure of vehicle to charge via 7.2kw charger, When asked service agent regarding problem, they informed e motor component default, baring which when asked to replace with new vehicle, no answer, Such a pathetic service.!! This is my honest experience with the "SO CALLED" fast growing ev company in India Hope this reaches to utmost customers who are looking to purchase the vehicle from this brand, And @VinFastIN @VinFastofficial to kindly address this issue as soon as possible

Unfortunately the car met with an accident by my driver .The accident happened near on National Highway 16 as result of which vehicle right side rear door and glass window mirror and front bumper lower is damaged.The accident happened on date 24.01.2026 and subsequently we visited the showroom for vehicle damage inspection to which the body shop manager Mr.Devi (Dealership Name:AMP Wheels Vinfast bhubaneswar) answered after inspecting that parts are unavailable and it will take time for parts to arrive from plant. In the meantime after 15 days had passed i called Mr. Devi at first he didn't answer my calls and subsequently I visited the dealership to complain. there sales team contacted Mr. Devi from the official phone number and i had a conversation he said parts has not arrived and you do whatever you want it will take time. In the dealership. also i waited to talk to CRM head o such person were available, so I wanted to talk to the owner of the dealership and he was also unavailable. This is complete harassment by the dealership.Since one month an accident vehicle is not repaired regarding which i get frequent question from random people in the society. Please, It's a humble request to look into the matter with great urgency.
