@GoogleMyBiz Our GBP (CID: 8543680209337726546) was reinstated on July 9, but 271 reviews vanished and have still not been restored. We've submitted 10+ support requests, posted in your forums, and messaged Gia directly with no resolution. This needs to be escalated.

@GoogleMyBiz I did respond but have not heard back and it's been 6 days now. Here is the response: I don't understand this at all, you're telling me to do what I've done over 15 times so far. I need this escalated, why won't you do this instead of sending me automated messages?
