🚨🎙️| Everton Manager David Moyes on Everton’s Performance tonight: 💣
🗣️ “I’ve always said Mikel is like a son to me, more than just a former captain, he’s a football son. And today, that result was for him. even though not the result we wanted, I feel gutted, to concede that late equalizer at that late in time, it hurts but we take it. I told the boys before we went out there that I would rather die dancing than see Manchester City walk away with three points at our expense. I did everything in my power for Mikel and the Gunners, I’ve done my part for Arsenal. Now my only hope is that they go on, finish the job, and lift that trophy. The league title belongs in his hands. He deserves it”

Wasn't the death penalty meant to please the public?
After seeing the public celebrating the death penalty of Okello... I went back and listened to the judge while giving her judgment.
After sentencing him to death, she said but Mr Okello you have a right to appeal this conviction in 14 days.
Why reminding him unless you want him to appeal he has a lawyer who can do that for him.
Please the public by sentencing him to death. He will appeal and gets his sentence reduced.
Maybe am over thinking.

This is the economic perspective, which can be addressed by incorperating the ideas. How about the political & national security perspectives? You can protect the economy but lose the politics & security. Which one would you rather risk? Sovereignity & power? Politics & security?
Bank of Uganda@BOU_Official
"Chairman, a country without reserves is not sovereign. The potential of this Bill to destabilize Uganda’s balance of payments is our primary concern as a central bank. For example, last financial year the overall balance of payment surplus was USD 1.5 billion. That’s how we were able to increase our reserve coverage by USD 1.5 billion. Today as we speak our reserves are close to USD 6 billion. Why? Because these inflows have been coming in. The moment you tamper with these inflows here, we risk running down our reserves, and that is economic disaster for a country.” Governor Atingi-Ego on the Protection of Sovereignty Bill 2026 in an appearance before Parliament today.
