@gojekindonesia when finally a driver arrived, he didn’t want to go. Waited for 10 mins in the car whilst he was arguing with your personnel. Ride couldn’t be cancelled. No other driver. Was told to call the call centre to cancel my ride. Had to get a Blue Bird Taxi.
