@Flight_Assist2Q You have like multiple accounts to follow and not sure . I have been flying with you guys since 2019 and excellent service . Please direct me to the right customer service that I can speak to in USA I am sorry too but I need to get this resolved.

@qatarairways This is like the 10th time I have commented and I still haven’t received no email or anything in regards to my refund status. I received a email on March 1st of the cancellation from QA and upto now NO UPDATE. I understand it’s high volume and chaos crazy but please can assist.

@qatarairways My flight is tomorrow Monday from New Delhi to New York . The banner says suspended but the flight status says on flight is on time .
