Carney and China signed a trade deal. Not a free trade deal. Trump threatened Canada with tariffs for dealing with China. Today, Carney clarified it isn't a free trade deal. It never was. He didn't "cancel," he didn't lie, and the deal didn't change because of the threats. These are all simple and basic facts.
