I will check for emails. I reached out to support today. The most recent email I have is a Jan 15 Order confirmation that has yet to be updated.
The past orders page is a bit confusing in that it says I have 3 successful orders. The first and only record I received was a swap for an older volume.

Starting to believe that @VinylMoonCo is a scam. I ordered a membership months ago got 1 record, and now I keep getting empty order confirmations that lead to nothing.

The past orders page is very misleading and unfortunately the language can’t be changed (Shopify features). When the membership renews it creates an order and says “complete” but that is not shipped yet.

Has anyone else had issues with brand new vinyl albums from @VinylMoonCo arriving scratched? My first two albums were scratched and skipping in multiple places. The sleeves and records are gorgeous, so I am really bummed I can’t enjoy the music 😞

@VinylMoonCo Is this my last of my previous 3-month subscription or the first of a new, unauthorized recurring subscription? I cancelled my subscription when the most recent recurring notice appeared in my inbox. Please advise.
@dvanpat Sorry for the confusion, it does not! Once the physical record ships, we send members an email with a link to download the songs. We just do not keep digital downloads prior to the records themselves.

@dvanpat Hi there! Because each months volume is new, we do not have digital copies before we get the physical records. You will receive an email once the records ships with the digital download.
