@londonsymphony 1st Symphony will always have a special place in my heart. I still remember the room where I first played it, some 26 years later!! I fell in love with it then and there and am overjoyed every time I get to play it again!

Maybe, instead of National Service for 18 year olds they should introduce national service for MPs. They all have to do several weeks volunteering in a school, GP, hospital, care home, social care and police within their first 12 months in office.

I am so so proud of all of these @loretochorlton Year 11 leavers. It has been an utter privilege to have worked with them for the last 5 years and they were well deserving of their Outstanding contribution to Music or Music and Drama awards last week. #joy #excellence #music

Following on from my previous tweet- for many of them it'll be their last official @loretochorlton performance today @bandonthewall (before coming back as alumni 😁) Along with y7 and y9 bands and other bands from across the city, y11 band and DJs will perform. 1st DJ - 12.15pm!
