Great things will happen in their own time. Don't wait for them to feel joyful. Treasure the little moments you spend doing things you love. Value the times you spend laughing with those you love. Realise the value of occasions that make you smile. Live for such moments.

When struggling in life, just remember that there were bad days in the past but better days came. There were fears in your heart but most of them never happened. Know that you may have some things missing in life but still you are a blessed soul and have what you need to survive.

Turn away from excessive negative thoughts that hamper your progress. Instead of focusing only on what can go wrong, think of what can go well. What if everything turns out better than expected? What if nothing is as bad as you fear? What if dreams really come true? Be positive.

Make it a habit to look at little things in your life and be thankful for them. When you notice tiny moments of joy, you find more and more reasons to feel thankful. A grateful heart is a joyful heart. You don't need great things to be happy. You need gratitude for what you have.

Spend more time with your favourite people. The kind of people who bring sunshine to your cloudy day. The kind of people who uplift you when you are in your lowest phase. Those whose presence makes your life filled with laughter and love. Those who show you peace in chaos.

Don't consider only the worst case scenario. Things won't always go wrong for you. Don't let your overthinking mind lie to you. It will all work out. Trust the process. Free yourself of fear and make space for faith. Be kind to yourself. You are worthy. It is all aligning for you

You are much more than your problems. You are much more than your fears. Don't question your worth. You deserve the best even if it is taking a while to show up for you. Give yourself time.Have patience.Hold on to faith.There are amazing blessings waiting for you. Just believe.

I don't want to sign up. I have no plans to walk with the crowd. I have a mind, heart and soul of my own. I am me and it took me years to realize how important that is.

Bad days do leave scars. But don't allow those scars to define your entire life. Things go wrong in life at times. But they get sorted too. Make an effort to recover from the setback. You are strong enough to make the fiercest comeback. You just need to believe in yourself more.
