Ordered a PHILIPS Air Fryer from Flipkart on May 15. Product reached Ernakulam hub on May 16, but after days of no delivery, the order got cancelled on May 23 due to “prolonged delay.” Very disappointing service from @Flipkart. Expecting compensation for this inconvenience.

@flipkartsupport Finally cancelled the order. Lost complete trust in Flipkart & Ekart after continuous delays, false delivery assurances from customer care, and repeated postponements even after replacement approval. A product that reached the local hub still couldn’t be delivered properly.

@flipkartsupport Nothing has been resolved yet. Today a customer care representative called and assured me the product would be delivered today itself, but now the delivery date has again been pushed to May 28. Extremely frustrating experience with Flipkart & Ekart logistics.

Ordered product was sitting in Ernakulam hub since May 16 and after 7 days it was suddenly marked as “RTO: ORDER_REJECT” without proper delivery attempt or customer confirmation. Extremely poor logistics service from Ekart & Flipkart. Wasted my time and delayed delivery unfairly.

Update: The issue remains unresolved. I will no longer purchase Samsung products. Chinese manufacturers such as Vivo and OnePlus offer significantly superior build quality compared to Samsung.
