Drop-In / Recruitment Day on Wednesday, 1st of April at the Foroige building in Virginia. This will give young people/parents an opportunity to call in, learn more about the project, meet others, and see what activities and supports are available in a relaxed and informal setting

MODERN FOREIGN LANGUAGE WEEK 3E took part in a languages quiz where Adam and Conor came out on top with the best knowledge of European languages 🇪🇺🌍🎉

Peer led learning in action 📖 TYs shared various ideas and tips on study techniques to 3rd year History and Geography. They discussed different methods of note taking. Revison strategies like blurting & spaced repetition and shared information on apps/online sites and podcasts.

ROAD SAFETY 5 and 6 LCA enjoyed the RSA truck today and hopefully will share their learnings so we have safer roads.

Our 4D students got to experience Joe The Pro Driving Range to conclude their golf module. Thanks to @Virginia_Golf for the use of the golf course and their continued support to our school.

BOYS BASKETBALL 🏀 It was a great day at the North East Regional Finals. Our 1st years, regional runners up, played very well losing to a fantastic St. Mary’s Drogheda, Our 2nd years had a hard fought victory over St. Mary’s Dundalk by a single basket. Proud of both teams 👏

The Parents Association are running a Cash for Clobber. It is being held on the Monday & Tuesday after Easter. Money raised goes towards school activities. All support greatly appreciated 😊
