In as much men are most of the perpetrators. They are also most of tbe victims. You can see with the above stats that women aren’t just targeted outrightly for murder . There’s no alarming rate of femicide. When you narrow it down to man kills woman vs woman kills man. There isn’t even much of a debate anymore

I am not arguing that men are 90% of perpetrators
Look at it this way
1000 homicides
810 are men and 190 women
Now women account for 12% of male homicides
That’s roughly 100 men
Men account for 171 female deaths.
So every 1000 murders
Men kill 171 women
And women kill 100 men .
It’s not exact but it’s basically the same range. So coming to say the alarming rate of femicide is very wild

Women killing men is much less common.
Women killing women is the least common. These are the facts, not my personal opinion.
