@RailMinIndia @WesternRly so many unauthorized sellers moving in train 12932, which is a serious threat to passengers security. And the other threat train stopped in between 2 stations where anyone get down and run away..pls take some action to control over such sellers

Also a suitable penalty has been imposed on concern, On board cleaning staff contractor for the lapses. The concerned staff has been counselled for do work properly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted.

@RailMinIndia @WesternRly train 12931. Too dirty, bed smells around bathroom, non authorised hawkers moving coaches, and this is one of busiest train between 2 big cities in India. Will share personal details on contact. Pls work and improve standards
