11 days ago, I made the decision to end my life. I took the necessary steps to get my affairs in order, took what I thought would be enough prescribed medication & I went to sleep assuming I'd never wake up again. But despite my best efforts, I didn't succeed in ending my life.

Hi @YouTube! I have literally done everything I can to get your verification code sent to our registered address but nothing arrives at our office. Your notification says you will switch off monetisation in less than a month if we don’t verify our address but I don’t know what else to do. I can’t seem to speak to a person. Please can someone from YouTube help us. The South African postal system is a mess and we don’t have another address to receive your verification code. We are just a small business trying to claim the money we have rightfully made from our videos while continuing to stay monetised.

@Etsy it’s unreasonable that a merchant will not reply efficiently for 180 days and then Etsy customer care refuses to help. Why is the merchant not being penalized? My goods arrived broken, there’s no grey area here.
