@virginmedia Internet service is absolutely appalling paying for 1G speed and streaming at 600.kbs constantly buffering and stopping. Can't wait to get true fibre and leave.

@BoWang87 All this while @virginmedia WiFi routers struggle to get signals through walls.

@virginmedia You promised compensation for this outage on numerous occasions. I trusted you would deal with this but now the bill for March has arrived and no compensation. Be honest, were you just hoping I’d forget ?

@virginmedia what a waste of my time contacted chat to ask for a better deal? Came back with £12 dearer put through to retention £5 dearer than my current offer. Obviously over 10 years loyalty never missing a payment counts for nothing ♥️u bye

@virginmedia Broadband has been down since Tuesday - now being told it’ll be another WEEK before the issue is fixed. Spoke to one of your “advisors” just now, their suggestion - BUY A DONGLE FROM ANOTHER INTERNET SUPPLIER! Seriously?! Completely unacceptable.

.@virginmedia and O2 are now offering mobile to satellite services connected to the Space X Starlink system. As this is a Nazi Elon Musk system I will be cancelling my subscription with VM.

@virginmedia Your services are an absolute joke, is anyone in your CS department capable of actually doing their job? Or is it just automated service constantly so you can try to con more money out of me. I want to speak to a human being not a robot! The same issue EVERY MONTH

@virginmedia @kelefc79 Before the recent ‘upgrade’ we had the convenience of using two remote controls, now we can only use one. So the service has deteriorated, not improved.
