@VirginMoney Have been trying to make a payment for the last two days, but the app isn’t loading my account? Keep receiving messages ‘unable to load your credit card’.

@JulieJohnston15 Thanks for confirming. I would recommend you call our team on 0800 121 7365 (Mon-Sat 7am-9pm & Sun 10am-5pm) and they will complete the relevant account verification with you to access and check your account for you. . Hope this helps ^AB

@VirginMoney I have had 3 phone calls today meant to be from Virgin money, but my phone flags it as potential scam. Its not the same number as on my card, so I dont want to answer.
There was a transaction on my card of £5. I got a text to say someone had taken £50

@VirginMoney I think the cashback is unfair it's not the shops mostly they don't choose the realistic shops we normal folk shop in. Just because I use my other card account you don't recognise it to get my savings off shopping I like my shopping money and bills and DD money

. @VirginMoney Virgin travel insurance is a complete rip off Cancelled the policy as it was impossible to get medical care when I was desperate. Sat on the phone talking to imbeciles in their call centres for 5 days while in agony in New York City

@VirginMoney what an absolute joke virgin money are, I now have to pop into my local branch to prove my id. Unfortunately it's 150 mile away.
