@VirginMoney I needed to report fraud on 11/03/26, I received a new card on 13/3/26 and despite 1 PIN number and 3 reminders sent I still have no PIN so no access to my money! I now have no electricity, food spoiled from freezer and STILL NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY & NO HELP

@VirginMoney On today trying to open a Cash ISA. Been onto the customer support team to try and sort it out twice. Last call was to someone trying to give me an excuse (it was down to different banking licences!) Told me she'd been working for the Bank for 10 years God help you!

@VirginMoney Website ad says, “Spend in Europe with no foreign exchange fees.” Doesn’t say Virgin excludes Switzerland. Apparently because, though not stated, it’s not part of the EEA! I was charged a transaction fee thinking, like the majority, Switzerland was part of Europe!

@VirginMoney I have never known such disorganisation and poor customer service. Trying to move a 17 year old from a child’s to an adult account should not be this hard! 3 online submissions, 2 telephone calls, 2 visits to branch and STILL can’t do it! Useless
