@VirginMoney I’m in the middle of the jungle on Laos that is next to impossible. This is not our mistake as I clearly says on my bank statement the direct debit has been paid. Maybe you need to do something to see what’s gone wrong at your end

@VirginMoney Hi we are paying card by direct debit. Last payment went out on time end of June. We have received email saying it’s not been paid. We are in Asia so have no way of calling and you have no email. Apps not working how do we sort this?

@VirginMoney I could pay the remaining debit now. It’s just our bank says the direct debit has been paid and I can see from bank it was paid on the 23rd of June so why are you saying it hasn’t

@VirginMoney Yes it is - it’s an account me and my sibling manage under POA- we complained but they refused to reinstate it as an isa transfer. So now it looks like thus years money which is beyond ideal

@VirginMoney app allowed a transfer from one ISA’s to another isa with you.Then then said it was new isa money for this tax year. As it was an isa to isa move surely this should be under the isa wrapper- you have said no. You chose not to rectify this too! 😡 @MartinSLewis
