@virginmedia please can you help. Trying to pair a 360 remote with a new TCL SF560 tv but the volume buttons don’t work yet all other functions on the remote do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Trying to sort this for my 70 year old mum and going slightly mad. Thanks.

@virginmedia Still intermittent Internet.. had people out this morning putting in a new fiber cable to the house and was left with now wifi, for an hour but its back but drops intermittently this is been going on for 3 months now and no fix in sight hard to work when call and wifi keep drop

@virginmedia Right. I get that much. My question is... how is it unserviceable when I have your cables running through my property, an engineer (yours btw) confirmed it was good to go and yet you keep giving the same response. If it wasn't serviceable I surely wouldn't have all your cables?
