We have released an updated version of our Crohn’s disease framework. Using 500k+ ileal cells, we show that Crohn’s disease cannot be reliably reduced to a single layer. These findings point towards an emerging clinical strategy. zenodo.org/records/192108…

We have published a new preprint examining Saccharomyces boulardii in Crohn’s disease. A structured evidence synthesis shows credible biologic rationale, but insufficient clinical support for routine adjunctive use in remission outcomes. zenodo.org/records/192257…

Today we’re releasing an updated preprint: “A five-node causal circuit for ileal Crohn’s disease.” This is Version 2 of our mechanistic framework for Crohn’s biology. It moves beyond conceptual synthesis and introduces quantitative prioritisation and falsifiable structure.
