Today we’re releasing an updated preprint: “A five-node causal circuit for ileal Crohn’s disease.” This is Version 2 of our mechanistic framework for Crohn’s biology. It moves beyond conceptual synthesis and introduces quantitative prioritisation and falsifiable structure.
