Thailand does not need to present documents to the international community, as the world is already aware of Thai military aggression against Cambodia. No matter how much Bangkok tries to distort the truth, the international community no longer trusts it. If Thailand claims that Prey Chan village and Chouk Chey village belong to Thailand because they were once refugee camps during Cambodia’s civil war, then why has Thailand also placed barbed wire and containers at Thma Da, O’Smach, Boeung Trakuon, and An Ses, which were never refugee camps? If Thailand truly believes it is in the right, why does it refuse to join the negotiation table of the Joint Border Commission (JBC) for clear bilateral technical measurements? Thailand’s repeated delays of JBC meetings are evidence of dishonesty. Thailand’s claim that it sent troops into Cambodian territory to crack down on online scam groups is a clear violation of international law, as Cambodia is a sovereign state, not a site for unilateral Thai military operations. The intentional destruction of homes, schools, pagodas, temples, and bridges, along with the looting of Cambodian citizens’ property and the burning of their belongings, are not actions against scams; they are war crimes and acts of aggression. Thailand lied to the international community by claiming that Cambodia invaded it, yet the facts on the ground show that the severe damage occurred on Cambodian territory. Meanwhile, Thai refugees have safely returned home. In contrast, Cambodian refugees cannot yet return because Thai soldiers have placed barbed wire and containers to block access to their homes. This clearly shows that Thailand invaded Cambodia, and it cannot be denied.
